At its launch in 2010, Metro Bank was the first new high street bank to Britain’s first new high street bank to launch in the UK for over 150 years. It now has more than 75 branches across the country.
The new premises purchased by Metro Bank required external refurbishment, and the existing facade panels were pointed with mortar that was broken down. Fastglobe were contracted to remove and re-install with mastic / sealant. Due to the natural stone facade, a premium anti-stain sealant was installed. Fastglobe was also contracted to refurbish and paint the windows
