Building N13 is a collection of four apartment blocks and is located in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The project delivered 185 of one, two and three bedroom apartments with each block having its own landscaped podium slab at first floor level, over a ground floor car parking area.
Fastglobe completed external mastic sealant works to the perimeter of windows and doors including stone and brickwork substrates. Expansion joints were also sealed externally. Internal mastic works were carried out to apartment and communal areas, and we installed two-part mastic sealant to concrete slabs in car park areas.
