A multi award winning and iconic development next to the Tate Modern on the South Bank of the River Thames, NEO Bankside comprises 217 apartments and penthouses across four pavilions rising from six to twenty-four storeys. The buildings are complete with every amenity, from restaurants and shops, a private gym and day spa and 24-hour concierge.
Fastglobe completed internal mastic sealant works to all 217 apartments; bathroom, shower room and kitchen areas. The interior design required various materials including high/low modulus, acoustic and anti-stain sealant in a variety of colours to provide a unique and quality finish. External works were also complete from the use of a BMU to the external facade.
