Sea Containers House, on the South Bank of the River Thames, is a 360-bed luxury hotel under Morgans Hotel Group’s Mondrian brand. The hotel formed part of an overall refurbishment of the prominent Thames landmark, a development which also includes new build and refurbished office and retail space. The below ground areas include a new spa and gym, as well as meeting and function spaces.
Fastglobe was contracted to complete mastic sealant works to the buildings external facade and window soffits. Specialist anti-stain mastic sealant was supplied and installed. Fastglobe completed works to the two staircases via our specialist abseiling services.
