This project delivered a 14-27 storey building, comprising comprising 669 student bedrooms. The room types include self-container studio flats and private rooms with shared accommodation.
Fastglobe carried out duel mastic sealing to the external precast cladding of the building. The majority of these works were accessed from Fastglobe’s abseiling specialists. We also were contracted to install mechanical movement joints to the external facade of the building.
