Olympia opened in West London in 1885, providing large scale exhibition and conference space. Redevelopment of the West Hall from 2012 offers 8,361sqm of space across two floors, plus connecting links into the Grand Hall and Olympia Two.
Fastglobe installed mechanical expansion joint systems to accommodate the structure’s movement. Internal mastic sealant works were also carried out to all restroom areas, and external mastic sealant works to wall expansion joints. Works were also carried out the the ground floor concrete slab area. Our operatives completed these floor joint sealing works out of hours as traffic to this area was minimal.
